Rasta Trust

The "R.A.S.T.A. Trust," a private express trust established in 2024, is dedicated to continuously addressing the needs of its beneficiaries. This trust aims to provide global benefits, including the distribution of spiritual materials, nutrition, Cannabis medicine, and daily bread. Trustees are obligated at all times to the trusteeship indenture and must identify themselves solely as trustees of the trust, without reliance on any external licenses or privileges.

Protection of Trustees and Trust Property

Trustees shall be indemnified and held harmless from any liabilities, claims, or demands arising out of their good faith execution of their duties under this trust. Trustees shall not be personally liable for any obligations of the trust, and their personal assets shall be protected from any claims against the trust. Trust property shall not be subject to any claims or liens against the trustees personally. Trustees are granted broad discretion to utilize trust property in any manner they deem appropriate to fulfill the purposes of the trust, provided such actions are taken in good faith for the benefit of the beneficiaries.

Right to Travel

The trustees of the Rasta Trust shall have the right to travel freely and unencumbered in the pursuit of the trust's purposes. Trustees shall not be subject to any restrictions on their movement or activities that would interfere with the proper administration of the trust. This right to travel shall be considered a fundamental privilege of the trustees and shall not be abridged by any third party. *The right to travel is a fundamental right that is protected by the United States Constitution and international law. Trustees of the Rasta Trust shall have the right to travel freely and unencumbered in the pursuit of the trust's purposes. This right shall not be abridged by any mode of transportation or by any third party.
